The Story Behind Boyds-paracord

When I was 10, I was a pretty bored kid. My father noticed I didn't have much to do. Honestly, what was I supposed to do? I was still just a kid. My father's solution to my boredom was to teach me how to make paracord bracelets as a hobby. He didn't expect much from it; he just wanted me to be creative, and he thought it was a perfect idea for that. He taught me the basics of paracord since that’s all he knew about it. I learned it and started making a lot of bracelets, so my dad suggested I make some keychains. That’s exactly what I did. I got pretty good at it, to the point where it became muscle memory. My mom saw how fast and well I was making these, so she suggested to my dad and me that I should start selling them. I didn't think anyone would buy them, but my mom encouraged me to try. So, I did, and she helped me open an Instagram so I could post my work. A few days later, I got my first sale. My mom came to me excitedly and shared the good news. I was so happy. After that, I kept getting sales—one after another. My mom helped me turn this hobby into a business, and here we are, seven years later. I’m still running this business and doing much more.
